Due to the rise in postal costs sadly we've decided to
change our policy and not pay postage on returned items instead of
increasing our p&p charges. We hope you understand.
Returns
If
you need to return items for whatever reason, simply post them back
unworn, in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. All items
must be unworn and have the original labels still attached. Knickers,
briefs, thongs and swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear.
The goods must be returned in the condition in which they were
dispatched, we reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that have
obviously been worn or tampered with in any way. We will then gladly
refund as required.
Please
note that return postage is done at the purchasers' own expense and
that the original postage and packaging charge is not refundable unless
in the unlikely event the goods you are returning are defective. KK
Lingerie will bear the cost of postage for an exchange once per
customer. Subsequent exchanges will be charged at our standard delivery
charge.
KK Lingerie is not responsible for returned goods until such time as they have been received by us.
Please
return packages including the returns slip with your name, KK number
and reason for your return. Any unidentified packages will be returned
to sender.
Refunds from other currencies (not UK £) will be given at the exchange rate at the time of receipt of the goods. Any refund will be credited back to the card used of the original order.
