Postage and packaging costs.

Postage and packing charges are £2.95 for deliveries within the UK, £5.50 for Europe and  £7.50 for the rest of the world. Charges are per order not per item.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Time -- Most orders will be shipped the same day or the following day if  received in the morning provided the product ordered is in stock. We will email  or ring you if there are any problems regarding your order. Occasionally orders will be processed within the 5 to 7 working days as stated in the shipping information. This is to cover ourselves in case we are waiting for stock, illness of  staff or any other reason. Orders where possible will be processed on a Saturday but not on Sundays or Bank Holidays. When requested we will send items special delivery if possible. Additional postage will be charged for special delivery arrangements agreed between both parties.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by KK Lingerie or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
