Returns
If
you need to return items for whatever reason, simply post them back
unworn, in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. All items
must be unworn and have the original labels still attached. Knickers,
briefs, thongs and swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear. We
will then gladly refund as required. Where an order is returned we will
refund the actual postage costs of up to £2.95 UK, £5.50 Europe or £7.50 for rest of the world orders, unless an exchange is required in which case the
postage will not be refunded. Please return packages using 1st or 2nd
class Royal Mail and include the returns slip with your name and KK number. Recorded and special delivery postage will be at your
own cost. Refunds from other currencies (not UK £) will be given at the
exchange rate at the time of return receipt of the goods. Any refund will be credited back to the card used of the original order. Thanks very much. |
